Voyager Travel was founded by a team of seasoned travel industry veterans who saw a gap: millions of travelers were overpaying for flights simply because they didn't have access to the same wholesale rates that travel agencies use internally. Cancellation Policy
Most consolidator fares are non-refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours of booking on eligible fares may qualify for a full refund per DOT regulations. After 24 hours, airline cancellation fees apply plus a $50 service fee per ticket. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Date Change Policy
Date changes are permitted subject to airline fare rules. Change fees typically range from $150–$250 per ticket plus any fare difference. Contact us at least 72 hours before departure for best results. Same-day changes may not be possible on all fares.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after airline confirmation. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement. Travel credits are issued within 48 hours.
Baggage Policy
Baggage allowances vary by airline and fare class. We confirm exact baggage terms at the time of booking. Most India-USA consolidator fares include 2 free checked bags. Domestic US fares may be carry-on only unless specified.
